Frank J. Ferral is the President & CEO of the Hayward Chamber of Commerce. Frank has over 24 years of Chamber experience, most of which was with the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce.
Ferral holds a BA in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration, both from CSU Stanislaus. He is also an Academy graduate of Western Association of Chamber Executives (WACE).
